1st Class Postage

For orders placed before 3pm, we offer a 1st class postage option. This expedited shipping method typically takes 1-2 days for delivery. Please note that this service is available for orders placed within the specified timeframe and is subject to availability.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 7 days to return an item. Returns are only accepted if the product isn't damaged. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and enclosed in their original packaging with all labels intact. Underwear cannot be returned. Please note sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Any items over the 7 days can receive a credit note.

We encourage all customers to ship items back to us via a tracked delivery service. Second class signed for is usually the most economical way to do this.
